The combination of structured learning and community creates an environment where participants can build skills, are encouraged to practice them in real situations, and continue developing over time.
Our participants often find that they’re able to meet new people with more confidence across a variety of community and social settings.
Social Life 360 provides a multi-layered approach that includes:
Private coaching
Group coaching
Online training modules
Ongoing guidance throughout the week
A worldwide chat community
Participants are not left to figure things out on their own. They are supported step by step as they learn, practice, and apply new strategies in real life.
An important part of Social Life 360 is our community of clients and graduates.
The day a participant joins the program, they become part of an active online community where they can connect with peers, share experiences, and build relationships over time.
In addition to our worldwide community group, participants can join our interest-based chat groups. These groups are designed to make it easier for our clients and graduates to connect around their shared passions.
Current groups include:
Anime & Manga
Artists & Art
Board Games & Tabletop Games
Cooking & Baking
Disney
Dungeons & Dragons

We break down the A-to-Z of socializing into:
Formulas
Diagrams
Checklists
Step-by-step instructions
This makes learning simpler and navigating the social world easier.
Social Life 360 is a structured 16-week program built around a clear learning path, guided support, and a recommended pace for progressing through the trainings. Our participants are encouraged to move through the program at a steady pace, while still having flexibility to tailor aspects of the program to their needs and social goals.
Online Training Modules
Our participants receive access to 40+ online training modules. Each module is approximately 15 minutes long and can be watched anytime, anywhere, and as many times as they want.
Modules are delivered in a voice-over-text format and are designed to be clear, practical, and focused on real-world use.
Private Coaching
Participants meet with their coach via video conference to take what they are learning and apply it to their own goals, questions, and real-life situations.
Group Coaching
Participants are invited to attend a weekly Client Community Call to share their social wins, ask questions, and learn alongside others who are working on similar goals.
Ongoing Guidance
Participants can ask questions and receive guidance by email throughout the week. We make every effort to respond quickly, so they have support as situations come up.

No, Social Life 360 is a coaching and skills-based program. Participants learn strategies and skills for building friendships and relationships, including dating, but we do not match individuals or arrange dates.
Social Life 360 is designed as a comprehensive social learning “ecosystem” that includes private coaching, group coaching, structured training modules, and an online community.
Each part plays a different role in our participant’s success. Private coaching provides personalized support and accountability, group coaching creates shared learning and inspiration, and the community gives participants a place to connect and even build relationships over time. This combination is what allows participants to make meaningful and lasting progress.
