A Clear, Structured Way for Autistic and Neurodivergent Adults to Make New Friends, Find Community, and Build Meaningful Relationships

A free 30-minute training for parents who want to help their loved one build a social life in a way that actually feels comfortable

Many autistic and neurodivergent adults want friends and connection, but social situations can feel confusing and draining. Unspoken rules, fast-moving conversations, shifting group dynamics, and sensory overload can make socializing feel overwhelming.

This isn’t a lack of motivation. It’s a lack of clarity about how to navigate the social world, where it’s assumed that everyone already knows the rules.

In this free training, you’ll learn how we bring structure and understanding to socializing so connection can happen in a way that actually feels comfortable.
